Full-stack development services

Software built around how your business actually runs

When off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, we build what's missing: internal tools, customer portals, APIs, integrations and the background workers that keep it all in sync. One team designs, builds and supports the whole stack, with AI built in where it earns its place.

Why build

Most teams don’t need more software. They need the software they have to work together, plus the one tool nobody sells.

We start from the workflow, not the tech. If a tool you can buy already does the job, we’ll say so. If not, we build exactly what’s missing and connect it to everything else.

Services

Every layer, from the screen to the database

Pick one layer or the whole stack. Each build ships with tests, monitoring and documentation.

  2. Logic & AI
  3. Workers
  4. Integrations & data
Select a service to jump to its card.

Interface

Internal tools and dashboards

Your team works across five tabs and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. We build one tool around the job, with the data, actions and approvals in one place.

Before
Tabs, exports, a shared sheet
After
One tool built for the job

One screen for the work, not five

Interface

Customer portals and web apps

Clients email for status, upload files by reply and wait for updates. We give them a secure portal to submit, track and self-serve.

Before
Status chased by email
After
Clients self-serve in a portal

Fewer status emails, faster turnaround

Logic & AI

APIs and AI features

You need logic your tools don't have: pricing rules, approvals, a document reader, an assistant. We build it as an API your other systems and agents can call.

Before
Logic lives in people's heads
After
One API every system calls

Your rules and AI, reusable everywhere

Workers

Background workers and jobs

Imports, syncs, reports and reminders run by hand or break silently. We move them into scheduled workers with queues, retries and alerts.

Before
Run by hand, fail silently
After
Scheduled, retried, monitored

Jobs that run on time and tell you when they don't

Integrations & data

System integrations

Your CRM, ERP, billing and inbox each hold part of the truth. We connect them through a proper integration layer, not a chain of fragile zaps.

Before
Copied between systems
After
Synced through one layer

Systems that agree with each other

Integrations & data

Data pipelines and reporting

Reporting means exporting from three systems every Monday. We pipe the data into one store and build the reports on top, refreshed automatically.

Before
Weekly manual exports
After
Live, automatic reports

Numbers you can trust without the Monday export

Integrations

One layer in the middle, instead of a web of zaps

Every system connects once to an integration layer we build and run. Add a new tool and it plugs into the layer, not into every other tool.

Integration layer. CRM (Deals, contacts), ERP (Orders, stock), Billing (Invoices, payments), Inbox & forms (Requests) feed into Your integration layer (APIs, workers, one database), which updates Internal tool (One screen for the team), Client portal (Status and uploads), AI agents (Call your APIs safely), Reports (Refreshed automatically).

How a build runs

Working software every sprint, not a big reveal at the end

You see and try the product from the second step. Nothing ships to production until your team has used it on real data.
  1. 01: Discovery

We map the workflow, the systems involved and what done looks like.

    Scope and fixed quote
  2. 02: Architecture and prototype

A clickable prototype and a technical plan you sign off before we build.

    Prototype you can try
  3. 03: Build in sprints

Working software every sprint, reviewed with your team on real data.

    Demo every sprint
  4. 04: Launch and support

Deployed to your infrastructure or ours, monitored, documented and handed over.

Build or buy

When custom beats another subscription

Off-the-shelf tools are faster to start. Custom wins when the process is yours, the tools don't talk, or per-seat pricing outgrows the value.

FAQ

Full-stack development questions

What do full-stack development services cover?

Everything needed to ship working software: the interface your team or clients use, the backend logic and APIs, background workers, integrations with your existing systems, and the database underneath. ATI Lab designs, builds, deploys and supports all of it as one team.

When should we build custom instead of buying a tool?

Buy when an off-the-shelf tool fits your process. Build when the process is what makes you different, when you are stitching four tools together to approximate one, or when per-seat pricing grows faster than the value. We will tell you on the first call if a tool you can buy already does the job.

Can you work with our existing systems and team?

Yes. Most builds extend what you already run: we integrate with your CRM, ERP, billing and internal databases, and we can work inside your repositories alongside your engineers or hand over to them at the end.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in your repository, runs on infrastructure you control (or ours, if you prefer), and ships with documentation so any competent team can maintain it.

How is a build priced?

We scope a fixed price after discovery, based on the screens, integrations and workers involved. Ongoing support and hosting are a separate monthly line, so you can see the build cost and the running cost separately.

How does this relate to your AI automation work?

It is the same team. Many automations need a small app around them: a review screen, a portal or an API. Full-stack development is how we build that layer, and it is also available on its own when you need software rather than automation.
