Spotlight · AI for sales

More time selling, less time researching and qualifying

AI watches for buying signals, researches the account and drafts the first touch. Every inbound lead is enriched, scored and routed in minutes, and the CRM updates itself after each call. Reps approve every message before it sends.

Why automate

Most sales teams spend more of the week on research, list building and CRM admin than in conversations with buyers.

We hand that groundwork to AI that works inside your CRM and inbox, and keep the judgement with your reps: who to call, what to say and when to push.

Services

From the first signal to a clean CRM

Start with one stage of the funnel or connect them all. Each workflow researches, scores and drafts; your reps approve.

Find and reach out

Signal-based outreach

The best time to reach an account is when something changes: a new hire, a funding round, a pricing-page visit, a new tool in their stack. AI watches for the signals you care about, checks the account against your ideal customer profile and drafts a first message that references the trigger.

Before
Static lists, generic sequences
After
Triggered by signals, drafted for review

Outreach timed to a reason, not a list

Find and reach out

Account and contact research

Reps spend the first hour of a new account on LinkedIn, the website and news searches. AI pulls it into one brief: what the company does, who decides, recent changes and the angle most likely to land.

Before
An hour of tabs per account
After
Brief ready when the rep opens it

A one-page account brief in minutes

Qualify and route

Inbound lead qualification

Form fills, demo requests and chat leads wait in a queue while the team is busy. AI enriches each lead, scores it against your qualification criteria, asks the follow-up questions you would ask and flags who is worth a call today.

Before
Triaged when someone checks the queue
After
Enriched, scored and answered in minutes

Every inbound lead scored the moment it arrives

Qualify and route

Lead routing and speed-to-lead

Qualified leads go to the right rep by territory, segment or round-robin, with the context attached and a meeting link sent while the buyer is still on your site. Poor-fit leads get a helpful reply instead of silence.

Before
Manual assignment, next-day reply
After
Routed and booked in minutes

The right rep, with context, while the lead is warm

Prepare for the call

Meeting prep briefs

Before each call, AI collects the CRM history, past emails, open opportunities and recent account news, then writes a short brief with suggested questions and likely objections.

Before
Skimmed the CRM five minutes before
After
Brief in the calendar invite

Every call starts prepared

Follow up and keep the CRM clean

Follow-ups and CRM updates

After the call, notes become a follow-up email draft, next steps and updated CRM fields. Deals that go quiet are flagged before they slip, with a suggested next touch.

Before
Notes typed up on Friday, if at all
After
Updated after every call, stalls flagged

A CRM that reflects what actually happened

Connected data

Every signal in one place, scored against your ICP

Your CRM, website, inbox and data providers feed one signal layer. Outreach, qualification and meeting prep all read from it, so reps see the same picture.

Sales signal layer. CRM (Accounts, deals, history), Website & forms (Visits, demo requests), Intent & enrichment (Firmographics, intent), Hiring & news (Roles, funding, leaders), Email & calendar (Threads, meetings) feed into Your sales signal layer (Scored against your ICP), which updates Priority accounts (Ranked each morning), Draft outreach (Rep approves), Routed inbound (Right rep, with context), Briefs and CRM updates (Before and after calls).

Approval gates

AI does the groundwork. Reps own the relationship.

Research, scoring and drafting run on their own. Anything a buyer sees stops for approval, and every action is logged in the CRM.

How we roll it out

One workflow first, then the rest of the funnel

We start read-only, prove one workflow against one number, then expand.
  1. 01: Map the funnel

We connect read-only to your CRM and inbox, define your ideal customer profile and the signals that matter.

    Read-only access first
  2. 02: Pick the first workflow

Usually inbound qualification or signal-based outreach: fast to prove, measured on reply rate or speed-to-lead.

    One workflow, one metric
  3. 03: Run with approval

AI researches, scores and drafts; reps approve every message before it sends.

    Human approval on
  4. 04: Expand and tune

Add meeting prep and CRM updates once the first workflow holds, and tune signals and scoring monthly.

FAQ

AI for sales questions

What is signal-based outreach?

Reaching out because something changed at the account, not because it is next on a list. Signals include hiring for a relevant role, a funding round, a leadership change, repeat visits to your pricing page or a new tool in their stack. AI watches for the signals you choose, checks fit against your ideal customer profile and drafts a message that references the trigger.

How does AI qualify inbound leads?

Each new lead is enriched with company and role data, scored against your qualification criteria (fit, need, timing, budget if you ask for it) and, where useful, sent a short follow-up question. Qualified leads are routed to the right rep with a meeting link; poor-fit leads get a useful reply. Your team sets the rules and can see why every lead got its score.

Will it send emails without us?

Not by default. AI drafts and the rep approves before anything sends. Once a workflow is proven, some teams let low-risk steps run on their own, such as a meeting-link reply to a qualified demo request. That is your call.

Which tools do you connect to?

Commonly HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, Gmail and Outlook, calendars, website forms and chat, and enrichment or intent providers such as Apollo or Clay. If a tool has an API or export, we can usually bring it in.

How do you handle deliverability and compliance?

Outreach goes from your own mailboxes at volumes your domain can handle, with opt-outs honoured and suppression lists respected. We work within GDPR and the anti-spam rules for your markets, and only use data sources you are allowed to use.

Does this replace our SDRs?

It takes the research, list building, first drafts and admin off their plate so they spend their time on conversations. Most teams cover more accounts with the same people rather than cutting the team. If you want a managed AI teammate for sales, see Your AI Employee.

Where should we start?

Start where leads are being lost today. If inbound leads wait hours for a reply, start with qualification and routing. If the team has capacity but weak lists, start with signal-based outreach.
